Oral Care Routine

NIGHTTIME ROUTINE

Pouring two tablespoons of Listerine Antiseptic mouthwash into a cup

1: After brushing your teeth with a toothpaste and flossing, fill a cup with 20 mL of LISTERINE^® Antiseptic mouthwash.

2: Pour the solution into your mouth. (Don’t dilute it with water.)
